You can apply a promo code during checkout, before completing your payment.
- Promo codes must be entered before payment.
- Only one promo code can be used per order.
- Promo codes cannot be applied after the order is placed.

Step 1 – Add products to your cart
Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 2 – Enter the promo code at checkout
During checkout:
- Locate the field labeled “Promo code” or “Discount code”.
- Enter your code exactly as provided.
- Click “Apply”.
The discount will be applied immediately if the code is valid.
Step 3 – Complete your order
Once the promo code is applied, complete your payment.
Common reasons a promo code does not work
- The code has expired.
- The code is not valid for your products.
- The code is limited to specific countries or customers.
- The code was entered incorrectly.
- Another promo code is already applied.
What is NORMAL
- Promo codes not working after expiration
- Discounts applying only to eligible products
- Promo codes not being retroactively applied
When should you contact support?
Contact Supernote Europe support if:
- a valid promo code does not apply correctly
- you receive an error message during checkout
- you are unsure whether a code is eligible
Remember to specify:
- the promo code used
- the products in your cart
- any error message displayed
