How do I return my Supernote ?

To return a product purchased from Supernote Europe, you must submit a return request using the dedicated form on our support platform.

  • Returns are not accepted without prior approval.
  • The return request form is mandatory.
  • Do not ship any product before receiving confirmation.

Supernote Europe manages all returns for European customers
All returns must be requested through the official support platform
Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed



Step 1 – Submit a return request


Please submit your return request using the dedicated return form available on our support platform.

Select the appropriate category and complete all required fields.


Step 2 – Complete the return form carefully


Make sure to provide accurate information:

  • order number (Supernote Europe)
  • email address used at checkout
  • reason for the return
  • photos or videos if requested


Incomplete or incorrect submissions may delay processing.


Step 3 – Wait for return approval


After submitting the form, our team will review your request.

  • If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  • Shipping details will be provided by Supernote Europe.
  • Do not send anything before receiving confirmation.


Step 4 – Ship the product (after approval only)


Once approved:

  • Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories.
  • Follow the provided return instructions exactly.

  • Sending a return without using the support platform form
  • Shipping a product without approval
  • Returning incomplete or damaged items
