You may be able to modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
- Orders are processed quickly after confirmation.
- Contact support as soon as possible if you need a change.

Step 1 – Check your order status
Before contacting support, check whether your order has already shipped.
- Look for a shipping confirmation email.
- If you received a DHL tracking number, the order has already shipped.
- If you only received an order confirmation, the order may still be modifiable.
Step 2 – If the order has NOT shipped yet
You may request one of the following:
- order cancellation
- shipping address correction
- item removal (if applicable)
Contact customer support immediately and clearly state your request.
Step 3 – If the order has already shipped
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
- You must wait for the delivery.
- If needed, you may request a return after receiving the order.

What is NOT possible
- Changing items after shipment
- Cancelling an order that has already shipped
- Changing the delivery address once DHL has taken over the parcel
When should you contact support?
Contact customer support only if:
- you need to cancel or modify an order that has not yet shipped
- you made a mistake in the shipping address and the order is still processing
- you are unsure whether the order has shipped
Remember to specify:
- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
- the exact change requested (cancel, address correction, etc.)
