- Cloud account information is managed separately.
Important to know Changes made in your website account do not affect your Supernote Cloud account Billing information on existing invoices cannot always be changed Some information is locked for legal reasons
How to update your Supernote Europe website account information
- Log in to your Supernote Europe account.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Account details or Addresses.
- Update your personal information.
- Save your changes.
What information can be changed
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Billing address (for future orders)
What cannot be changed
- Information on already issued invoices
- VAT details linked to completed orders
- Cloud account personal information
What is NORMAL
- Updating personal details before placing a new order
- Having different information for website and cloud accounts
- Limited changes due to legal or VAT requirements
When should you contact support?
Contact Supernote Europe support if:
- you cannot update your information in your account
- your account details are locked or incorrect
- you need clarification about invoice-related information
