Where is my Supernote Europe order?

Supernote Europe orders are shipped with DHL. If you cannot find your order or tracking information, it is usually because the order is still being processed or the tracking has not updated yet.

  • You will receive two emails: order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
  • DHL tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show updates.
  • Follow the steps below in order, without skipping any.


Important to know (before troubleshooting)

All Supernote orders are shipped via DHL
Tracking information may not be visible immediately after shipment
DHL updates tracking only once the parcel enters its network



Step 1 – Confirm that your order was placed


First, check that your order was successfully completed.

  • Look for the order confirmation email (check Spam/Junk folders).
  • Make sure the email address used during checkout is correct.
  • If you have an account, check your order history.


Step 2 – Check the DHL tracking link


Once your order ships, you will receive a DHL tracking number.

Enter your tracking number on the DHL page.


Step 3 – If DHL tracking shows no updates yet


This is normal shortly after shipment confirmation.

  • Wait 24–48 hours and check again.
  • Tracking updates usually appear once DHL scans the parcel at the first hub.


Step 4 – Check for DHL delivery delays


If tracking is active but delivery is slower than expected:

  • Check for DHL status messages (customs clearance, transit delay, delivery attempt).
  • Verify that the delivery address provided during checkout is correct.
  • Check whether your order was shipped in multiple parcels.


Step 5 – If DHL marks the parcel as delivered


If DHL tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel:

What is NORMAL (and not a problem)

  • No DHL tracking updates for the first 24–48 hours
  • Delivery delays during peak periods or customs processing
  • Tracking updates appearing overnight or the next business day


These situations are normal for international DHL shipments.


When should you contact support?

Only contact customer support if:

  1. you were charged but never received an order confirmation email
  2. you received a DHL tracking number but no updates appear after 48 hours
  3. DHL tracking shows the parcel is stuck without explanation for several business days
  4. the shipment is marked as returned, lost, or undeliverable


Remember to specify:

  • your order number
  • the email address used at checkout
  • your DHL tracking number
  • a screenshot of the latest DHL tracking status
  • your destination country
