You can create a Supernote Europe account either from the website account page or directly during checkout.
- The account is used for purchases on supernote.eu.
- It is different from your Supernote Cloud account.
- Account creation is optional but recommended.
Important to know The Supernote Europe website account is NOT the same as the Supernote Cloud account Creating a website account does not enable cloud synchronisation Cloud accounts are created on the device
Option 1 – Create an account from the website
- Click the button below.
- Select Register.
- Enter your email address.
- Choose a password.
- Confirm your registration.
Option 2 – Create an account during checkout
You can also create your account while placing an order.
- Enter your email address during checkout.
- Choose a password when prompted.
- Your account will be created automatically after the order.
This allows you to access your order history later.
What this account allows you to do
- Place orders on supernote.eu
- Manage your billing and shipping information
- View your order history
What this account does NOT do
- It does not sync notes or files.
- It does not give access to Supernote Cloud.
- It cannot be used to log in on your Supernote device.
What is NORMAL
- Creating an account during checkout
- Creating an account after placing an order
- Using a different password than your Cloud account
When should you contact support?
Contact Supernote Europe support if:
- you cannot create an account
- you placed an order but cannot access your account
- you are unsure which account you created
Remember:
- website account ≠ cloud account
- accounts are independent
