There are two completely separate Supernote accounts, each serving a different purpose.
- One account is used for purchases on the Supernote Europe website.
- Another account is used for Supernote Cloud services.
- These accounts are not linked and use different login systems.
Important to know Your website account and your Supernote Cloud account are NOT the same Creating one does not create the other Login credentials are managed separately
1. Supernote Europe website account
This account is used exclusively on the supernote.eu website.
- Place and manage orders
- Enter billing and shipping information
- Track your purchases
This account:
- is created on supernote.eu
- has no access to Supernote Cloud
- does not sync notes or files
2. Supernote Cloud account
This account is used on your Supernote device and for cloud synchronization.
- Sync notes and files
- Access Supernote Cloud services
- Manage cloud storage
This account:
- is created on the Supernote device or via Supernote Cloud
- is required for cloud synchronization
- is completely independent from the website account
Common misunderstandings
- Using website login details on the Supernote device
- Expecting orders to appear in Supernote Cloud
- Expecting cloud data to appear in the website account
What is NORMAL
- Having two different accounts
- Using different emails or passwords
- Managing purchases and cloud separately
When should you contact support?
Contact Supernote Europe support if:
- you are unsure which account you are trying to access
- you cannot log in despite using the correct account type
Remember:
- website account ≠ cloud account
- each account must be created separately
