I can’t log in to my account

Most login issues happen because the wrong account is being used. Supernote Europe website accounts and Supernote Cloud accounts are completely separate.

  • Website account: used on supernote.eu for orders
  • Cloud account: used on the device for Supernote Cloud sync
  • Each account has its own login credentials


Important to know

If you can’t log in on supernote.eu, do NOT try your Supernote Cloud password
If you can’t log in on the device, do NOT use your supernote.eu website password
These are two different systems



Step 1 – Make sure you are logging into the right account


Choose the correct situation:

  • You want to manage an order: log in on the Supernote Europe website (supernote.eu)
  • You want to sync files: log in on your Supernote device (Supernote Cloud account)



Step 2 – Check your email and password


  • Make sure you are using the same email address used at checkout or during account creation.
  • Check for typos (especially on mobile).
  • Passwords are case-sensitive.


Step 3 – Reset your password


If you are trying to log in on supernote.eu and you can’t remember your password, use “Forgot password”.

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again if you don’t receive it immediately.


Step 4 – Try basic browser troubleshooting


  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  • Try private/incognito mode.
  • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily.
  • Clear cookies/cache for supernote.eu.


What is NORMAL

  • Using different credentials for website and cloud accounts
  • Receiving password reset emails in spam
  • Login failing due to cached browser data


When should you contact support?

Contact Supernote Europe support if:

  1. you cannot log in to supernote.eu after resetting your password
  2. you are sure you are using the correct email address but login still fails
  3. you are locked out and cannot receive password reset emails


Remember to specify:

  • which account you are trying to access (website or cloud)
  • the email address used
  • any error message displayed
