You can reset your password using the “Forgot password” option for the account you are trying to access.

  • Supernote Europe website accounts and Supernote Cloud accounts are different.
  • Each account has its own password reset process.
  • Make sure you reset the password for the correct account.


Important to know

Website account passwords and Cloud account passwords are NOT shared
Resetting one password does not affect the other
Emails may arrive in your spam or junk folder



If you forgot your Supernote Europe website password


  1. Go to the Supernote Europe login page.
  2. Click on “Lost your password”.
  3. Enter the email address used for your website account.
  4. Check your email and follow the reset link.
  5. Create a new password.


If you forgot your Supernote Cloud password


Password recovery for Supernote Cloud is managed directly through the device or the Cloud service.

  • Use the password reset option on your Supernote device.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.


If you do not receive the reset email


  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • Receiving the reset email a few minutes later
  • Finding the email in the spam folder
  • Using different passwords for website and cloud accounts


When should you contact support?

Contact Supernote Europe support if:

  1. you cannot reset your website account password
  2. you do not receive the password reset email
  3. you are unsure which account you need to recover


Remember to specify:

  • which account you are trying to reset (website or cloud)
  • the email address used
