The Supernote Europe warranty covers any defect that prevents the device from functioning as intended due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
The warranty covers:
- Failures of internal components (screen, motherboard, storage, battery performance decline within normal limits).
- Malfunctions due to factory assembly defects or quality defects.
- Accessories only if the problem results from a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, pressure, liquids or improper storage.
- Scratches, discolouration or normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality.
- Loss or theft of the device or its accessories.
- Repairs, modifications or use of non-original parts carried out by third parties.

How to check your warranty status
- Find your purchase invoice or confirmation email from supernote.eu.
- Check the delivery date — this is the start date of your warranty.
- Please indicate whether the problem occurred within 24 months (device) or 6 months (accessories).
- Prepare photos or a short video clearly showing the defect.
- Contact the support team via the portal form, indicating your order number, model and description.
Example: Your A5 X delivered on 10 January 2024 is covered by warranty until 10 January 2026. The warranty for the stylus and case expires on 10 July 2024.
Management of replacements or repairs
- If a defect is confirmed, you will receive a prepaid return label or detailed instructions.
- Inspection normally takes 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the product.
- Repaired or replaced items are covered by the remaining warranty period or 90 days (whichever is longer).
If a replacement product is provided, your warranty remains valid from the original date of purchase.
When to contact support

- Your device has a hardware defect less than 24 months after delivery.
- Your stylus or accessory breaks within 6 months.
