Delivery times depend on your destination and customs processing. All Supernote orders are shipped with DHL.
- Processing time and shipping time are two separate steps.
- Tracking becomes available once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
- Customs clearance may add additional time depending on the country.

Step 1 – Order processing time
After placing your order, it must be prepared before shipment.
- Order processing usually takes a few business days.
- During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched.
Step 2 – DHL shipping time (after dispatch)
Estimated DHL delivery times:
- Europe: usually 3–7 business days
- North America: usually 5–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: usually 5–10 business days
- Other regions: delivery time may vary depending on destination
These estimates start from the shipping date, not the order date.
Step 3 – Customs clearance (if applicable)
For international shipments, customs clearance may be required.
- Customs processing time varies by country.
- DHL may contact you directly if additional information is required.
- Customs delays can extend delivery time beyond initial estimates.
Step 4 – Track your DHL shipment
Once shipped, you can track your parcel on the DHL website:
What is NORMAL (and not a delay)
- Tracking shows no updates for 24–48 hours after shipment
- Delivery time increases due to customs processing
- Slight delays during holidays or peak shipping periods
These situations are normal for international DHL deliveries.
When should you contact support?
Contact customer support only if:
- your order has not shipped after an unusually long processing time
- DHL tracking shows no movement for several business days without explanation
- the parcel appears stuck or returned to sender
Remember to specify:
- your order number
- your destination country
- your DHL tracking number
- the current tracking status
