Step 1 – Return reception
Once your return arrives at our facility, it enters the inspection process.
- The return must match the approved return request.
- All items and accessories must be included.
- Original packaging must be provided.
Step 2 – Inspection and validation
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be:
- unused and not worn
- in its original condition
- returned with original packaging
Once the inspection is validated, the refund process is initiated.
Step 3 – Refund processing
After validation, Supernote Europe will issue a full refund.
- The refund is made using the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
- You may see the refund appear a few days after confirmation.
What may delay or reduce a refund
- product shows signs of use
- missing accessories or packaging
- return does not match the approved request

When should you contact support?
Contact Supernote Europe support only if:
- your return was delivered but not acknowledged after a reasonable time
- you received confirmation of approval but no refund after several business days
- you have questions about refund eligibility
Remember to specify:
- your order number
- the return reference (if provided)
- the date the return was delivered
