My payment was declined. What should I do ?

  Quick response

If your payment was declined, it is usually due to a bank or authorization issue, not a problem with our website.

  • Most payment refusals are temporary.
  • Your bank or payment provider is often the cause.
  • The order is not created if the payment fails.

Important to know (before retrying payment)

A declined payment does not mean you were charged
Funds are not captured if the payment fails
Multiple failed attempts may temporarily block your card

Step 1 – Check your payment details

Make sure that:

  • your card number, expiry date, and CVV are correct
  • the billing address matches your bank records
  • your card is still valid

Step 2 – Check with your bank or payment provider

Many payments are declined for security reasons.

  • Your bank may block online or international payments.
  • 3D Secure or additional verification may be required.
  • Daily or transaction limits may have been reached.

Step 3 – Try an alternative payment method

If the issue persists, try:

  • another credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay (on compatible devices)
  • Klarna (if available in your country)

Step 4 – Avoid repeated failed attempts

Do not retry the same payment multiple times in a row.

  • This may trigger a temporary block by your bank.
  • Wait a few minutes before trying again.

What is NORMAL

  • A payment being declined for security reasons
  • Being asked to confirm the payment by your bank
  • A temporary block after several failed attempts
