Step 1 – Check your email inbox
Please check carefully:
- your inbox
- your spam or junk folder
- the email address used at checkout
Step 2 – Check your parcel
A printed invoice is included inside the parcel.
- Check all documents inside the box.
- The invoice may be folded with the packing slip.
Step 3 – If you still cannot find your invoice
If you cannot find your invoice after checking both email and parcel:
- Contact Supernote Europe support.
- We can resend your invoice by email.
What is NORMAL
- The invoice email going to spam
- Receiving the paper invoice inside the parcel
- Receiving the invoice email slightly later
When should you contact support?
Contact Supernote Europe support if:
- you did not receive the invoice by email
- the invoice is missing from the parcel
- you need another copy of your invoice
Remember to specify:
- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
