Your invoice is sent by email and a paper copy is also included inside the parcel.

  • The invoice is sent automatically after your order is processed.
  • A printed invoice is included with your shipment.
  • In most cases, no action is required.


Important to know (before contacting support)

Invoices are sent automatically by email
A physical copy is included in the package
The email may arrive before or after delivery



Step 1 – Check your email inbox


Please check carefully:

  • your inbox
  • your spam or junk folder
  • the email address used at checkout


Step 2 – Check your parcel


A printed invoice is included inside the parcel.

  • Check all documents inside the box.
  • The invoice may be folded with the packing slip.


Step 3 – If you still cannot find your invoice


If you cannot find your invoice after checking both email and parcel:

  • Contact Supernote Europe support.
  • We can resend your invoice by email.


What is NORMAL

  • The invoice email going to spam
  • Receiving the paper invoice inside the parcel
  • Receiving the invoice email slightly later


When should you contact support?

Contact Supernote Europe support if:

  1. you did not receive the invoice by email
  2. the invoice is missing from the parcel
  3. you need another copy of your invoice


Remember to specify:

  • your order number
  • the email address used at checkout
